- Offer various methods of adult learning, which includes onsite and remote training, hands-on workbooks, and access to how to videos
- Help users to recognize the “why” and logic behind the required keystrokes to build a comprehensive understanding of the system
- Use real-world scenarios as practice and to help identify unique operational or client-related procedures requiring work-arounds in the system
Support
- Provide reinforcement during the training, go Live and post-implementation phases to empower and enable users to take ownership in the system
- Host remote refresher training in specific modules or for new situations that arise after the initial training
- Arrange support / helpdesk services with IS2 for long term projects and partnerships
